1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lucky888 platform available at lucky888.win (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "lucky888", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of lucky888 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform. lucky888 does not warrant that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use the Platform.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through lucky888's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any regulatory authority, national gambling exclusion scheme, or similar programme.
5. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, directors, and immediate family members of lucky888 or its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any promotional offers on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of lucky888 services, you must complete the account registration process truthfully, accurately, and in full. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and current at the time of submission.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active lucky888 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment instruments, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lucky888 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with any such accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lucky888 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin (BTC). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard.

Deposits: All deposits made to your lucky888 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and has been verified under our KYC process. lucky888 does not accept deposits from third parties. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Crypto deposits (USDT TRC-20 and BTC) are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.

Currency: lucky888 accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a player selects a crypto-denominated account. All PKR amounts are displayed inclusive of applicable conversion rates where crypto payment methods are used. lucky888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for crypto transactions.

5. Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets placed on lucky888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type selected. General betting rules that apply across all lucky888 products are set out below:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed and valid once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history with a unique reference number. lucky888 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. lucky888 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or if an obvious pricing error has occurred (manifest error). Void bets are refunded to the player's lucky888 account balance in full.
• Ante-Post and In-Play Bets: Cricket and baseball in-play betting markets are available on lucky888 and are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets accepted at a given price are honoured at that price regardless of subsequent odds movements, unless the bet was placed in error or the event outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• Palpable Errors: lucky888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical or human error — commonly referred to as a "palpable error." In such cases, lucky888 will notify the affected players and refund stakes within 48 hours.
• Casino and RNG Games: All slot games and RNG-based casino products on lucky888 are independently audited for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. Results in all RNG games are determined by a certified random number generator and are not influenced by previous outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lucky888 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. lucky888 reserves the right to take any or all of the remedial actions described below in response to any prohibited conduct:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with lucky888.
• Allowing any other person — including a family member — to access or use your lucky888 account.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other technological means to gain an advantage over lucky888 or other players, or to automate any aspect of account activity.
• Engaging in, or facilitating, any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraud in connection with any bet or game on lucky888.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a bug are void and will be recovered from the player's account balance.
• Money laundering or using lucky888 for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

Where lucky888 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to: suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets and bonuses; withhold and/or recover any winnings generated during the period of prohibited activity; report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of lucky888's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any losses arising from a player's decision to gamble while experiencing financial hardship, emotional distress, or impaired judgment.

In all cases where lucky888 is found to be liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
